Lobsang Sangay was recently elected to head the Tibetan exile movement and must now lead his people's struggle for greater autonomy from Beijing. He has an impressive record as a scholar in the United States, but he's never actually set foot inside Tibet. Will Tibetan unity fracture as leadership passes to a new generation?
